Introducing Openclaw
You run it on your own machine and talk to it through Telegram or Discord. It actually does tasks. Sends emails, runs scripts, manages files. Whatever access you give it.
Since it runs locally your data stays with you, but give it too many permissions and it can mess things up. Think of it as an intern with root access who never sleeps.
A cheap Mac mini is perfect for this. Just leave it running as a small AI worker box and keep it separate from your main computer.
Also be careful with security.
If you connect it to everything without thinking you’re basically handing an AI your house keys. Limit permissions and run it in a controlled setup
