The "gold digger" label for MacKenzie Scott makes zero sense if you actually look at the math and history. She didn't just show up when the money was there, she was in the garage on day one doing the accounting and logistics for Amazon while Bezos was just getting started. She’s literally a co-founder in everything but name.
Since the divorce she has already given away over $26 billion to thousands of charities. In 2025 alone she dumped $7.1 billion into nonprofits.
Calling her a gold digger is objectively lazy.
