The unsolved 2016 murder of fitness instructor Missy Bevers inside a Texas church
In 2016, fitness instructor Missy Bevers was found murdered inside a church in Texas just before her early morning class.
What makes this case so eerie is the surveillance footage. It shows someone in full tactical style gear casually walking through the church halls before the murder. The person moves slowly, almost calmly, even opening doors like they belong there.
Despite clear video, the killer has never been identified. Police looked into multiple leads, including people close to her, but nothing stuck.
Nearly a decade later and that footage still feels wrong. It looks like the kind of case that should have been solved by now.
