Is it possible to be handsome even if I’m fully Black?

Hi, this is my first post. I’m posting here because I don’t want to be tracked.
I’m a Black African man living in the US, and I feel ashamed of how I look.
I resent my parents for this.

Compared to me, most white people seem better-looking.
There are some Black people who are considered handsome, but many of them are mixed-race, like Jude Bellingham or Anthony Joshua.

I have a serious complex about my dark skin tone.
I don’t think this is something I can ever fully overcome, no matter what I do.

@Black Handsomeness, for me, is about the face.
 Regardless of their physique, they are handsome.

We are not designed to find ourselves handsome, it's not in our nature. Yet we will find others handsome, and that is as it's supposed to be. It's our biological imperative. 
Humankind has been programmed for billions of years to 𝐧𝐨𝐭 be attracted to ourselves but to be attracted to others, so that we may go forth and prosper. 

But then, if we dislike our appearance but we do find others handsome, do others conversely find themselves ugly and find 𝐮𝐬 handsome? 

Yes. Yes they do.

No man is born perfect, and we all resent our parents. 
Learn to accept yourself, and realize that everything you're feeling is normal. 
Then let go of those feelings because they're just holding you back.
