Don't get me wrong, it was a great instrument to bring forth an era of previously unseen wealth; coupled with the strong socialist policies during/after the great depression is what not only allowed the US to survive but to thrive and become the icon of liberty and good living it used to be.
Since the 70s/80s capitalism has been more of a burden than an asset, the socialist policies that made it work are long gone, and in the last few decades it's clearly been corrupted into cronyism.
The business plot/wall street putsch from 1933 has succeeded in the form of trump and america is falling to fascism as we speak.
It's time we get rid of capitalism and use socialism to revive the america that once was; what we're doing now just isn't working.
We need a strong wealth tax, corpos need to be reigned in, and the american people need the amenities their tax dollars should be paying for, instead of making the wealthy wealthier.
Capitalism is the worst
