Congratulating someone for their birthday is like cheering for a rock because it stayed a rock for another year. It is a biological inevitability not a trophy. Unless you cured a disease or scaled your business save your breath. Stop rewarding mediocre people for the bare minimum of taking up space and wasting oxygen.
