At home I look fine. Not a model, but normal.
Then I catch myself in a mirror outside. Bathroom mirror, gym mirror, random store mirror. And I look straight up uglier, I suddenly feel like I’ve been deluding myself.
Is there an actual reason public mirrors make you look worse? Different lighting? Different mirror quality? Or is the outside mirror just closer to how other people see me
