Because low IQ people don't think about tomorrow. Low IQ people (seriously) can't consider long term ramifications of their choices. That's why "I'm gonna go rob this gas station because I want cigarettes" is thought of as a good idea. The low IQ person can't think past the act of the robbery and the consequences of what might happen if they get busted. In the same way, low IQ people don't think about "how am I going to raise these kids" they just think "damn this feels good and I'm gonna get him to stay with me by letting him have sex with me"—whoops there's a kid. Then you have women with 3 kids from 3 different dads all causing hell because their mom works 3 jobs to keep them alive (or doesn't work and is on government support). Then it gets worse with girls born into that environment. They are chasing love from a father figure that simply doesn't exist. They get abused and wind up knocked up as teens. Then the cycle repeats. Contrast that to a girl that is raised with a father (or that has intelligence) that forgoes kids for a career. She becomes successful and delays it more and more because of work and success until she's at the end of the road of her fertility or men just aren't as interested in a woman that's 35 when they can get a 25 year old hottie. So even if these women do reproduce, they have less kids because they're at the end of their fertile years. It's a hot mess.
