Because most africans are black, except for some people from south africa or north african countries like egypt or morocco, who are half black.

In fact, Elon Musk's ancestors are most likely from the Netherlands. After Dutch colonizers colonized South Africa, he was born in South Africa as a descendant of the colonizers and later immigrated to the United States
